In 2023, out of 18 wines, we chose to bottle only two in magnums: the magnificent Evangelho Mourvèdre and this otherworldly Heart and Hummingbird. Though it will drink beautifully for 7-9 years, the mags are as much for extra pleasure as they are for aging.
TASTING NOTES
Aromas / Flavors: Larger-than-life bouquet of giant marigolds, honeysuckle, and roses resting in a granite vase.
Structure: Succulent and sublime, framed by wonderful fine tannins.
Decant: 45-60 minutes
Drink: 2025-2032
Pairing: Charcuterie, Baigan Bharta, Empty Glasses
