We started making skin-fermented Semillon 14 years ago. Over the years these wines have been served anywhere from 3 Michelin-star restaurants to backyard BBQs where faces melted trying to process the awesomeness of these wines. 2023 is our first vintage of Semillon from the historic Bedrock Vineyard in Sonoma Valley and we couldn't be more excited.
45 days of skin contact bring a brilliant orange hue. Aromas explode from the glass of florist greenhouses, graphite, and cantaloupe-colored constellations. The juicy, textured palate has great yet gentle tannins, calling for paella, Moroccan tagines, or biriyani.
This wine meets you wherever you are on your journey—an offering to your guests and a wine you'll remember for the rest of your life. Limited to 95 cases, it’s a rare gem.
