AROMAS / FLAVORS: High desert gardens of rocks. The nose is a steam engine's dream through a limestone tunnel.
STRUCTURE: On the palate, intricately carved trays stacked with frozen citrus, cone incense, thinly sliced apples, and tiny bells. They swirl and ring together in lovely tension which releases with a canyon echo finish.
